Long Description	This Super Project will give your military production a big boost. The cost? Just a wafer-thin slice of your soul.

Remark: This super project will boost military production on ALL planets of the civilization that has built it, by 50%. This special bonus is fully multiplicative with all other military production bonuses (which are merely additive with each other). However, acquisition of a second Artificial Slave Center from another empire does not provide any additional benefit.
