Long Description	Sometimes the oldest technologies are the best. Someone shoots a missile at you, and the best defense is to shoot some metal out your gun hole to deflect the missile. By applying these to our ships, we will be able to defend against missile technology. However, against beam and mass driver attacks, it's not quite as useful. Simply put, mass drivers, don't really care about bits of metal.
