Long Description	Dynamic shielding is considered by some to be impractical because of the costs in implementing it, but we want to make sure our military planners have this option. Dynamic shielding directs barriers to intersect beam weapons. It requires immensely powerful computers to manage - hence the cost - but provides superior defensive capability.
