Economic starbase

An Economic starbase improves, via the use of various modules, both the trade income of any of your freighters within the base's radius, and/or the production of planets within the starbase radius. It is generally wise to equip an economic starbase with defenses according to your opponents' military strength, as a defenseless eco. starbase is a primary target for warring ships.
