| Long Description | We've gotten into the diminishing returns phase of plasma weapons. Simply put, plasma weapons are not ideal beam weapons because they have some mass (but not enough mass to make them good mass drivers). This new form of plasma weapon uses up far less energy than previous generations and hence can be placed onto our ships. Plasma Weapons III represents our state of the art in beam weapon technology. |
