Missile Boat and Sniper use the SolarFox shipcfg, which uses a small hull. Cruiser, Pheonix, and Thunder use the SolarWing shipcfg, which uses a tiny hull. Seems to me that these got confused with each other. Battle Axe, Battle Hammer, and Corvette use the frigate shipcfg. There are 4 frigate shipcfgs for each style. Of the 4 only one uses a small hull instead of a medium. This one with the small hull is the frigate shipcfg that is being used, so this could be a mistake. These are the cause of the apparent HP misrepresentation. Note: I haven't looked at the designs ingame to check how they look visually compared to the components they actually have.
