It did before 1.1...it doesn't seem to now, though, but changes I made before the upgrade are still there.

i know this would be insanely complicated, but wouldn't it be awesome if you could make it so wormholes were a resource, were you build a starbase and when you move a ship into the starbases tile you teleport to the destination tile. if any does this or thinks they know how to please tell me!
