Tribute

Tribute is credits per turn that your empire is either receiving or giving out to other empires. This can result from a couple issues related to the United Planets (UP), such as having starbases in other empire's sector or colonies in their sector. The amount per turn for each is what is voted on: either 5 bc, 2 bc, 1bc or 0.
